It's an all-out manhunt in -33 temperatures when troopers scour the streets of Fairbanks in search of a fugitive. Jewelry and other items have been stolen, and now a break-in has been reported, which could be a clue. Three hundred twenty miles south, in a region known for rugged mountains and pristine glaciers, Officer Vic Dillon's on the graveyard shift and is investigating a racially motivated assault.
