While things were heating up at the Golden Globes on Sunday, couple Renee Zellweger and Bradley Cooper found themselves in the middle of a house fire at the actor's family home in Pennsylvania.
According to TMZ, the couple was enjoying some down time at Cooper's mom's house in Jenkintown, Pa. when flames in the fireplace jumped into the room and quickly spread.
Four fire trucks were called to the scene and the blaze was quickly extinguished without injury. WENN reports that they were actually watching the Golden Globes at the time of the fire.
The ultra-private duo have been quietly dating for a year and a half and rarely, if ever, speak of the relationship to the media. In September, Cooper raved about Zellweger's acting prowess while promoting their film 'Case 39.'
"Can't say enough about her," Bradley said. "I never met her before this movie, but I just love her. I love coming to work. I love acting with her. I can learn so much from her."
