Fans who were looking forward to seeing the popular NYC women back on their TV sets on Feb. 15. may be disappointed. Included in Thursday's Bravo news release announcing "The Real Housewives of Miami" cast and premiere date, the network buried the news that the New York franchise's Season 4 premiere has been postponed.
Even though promos ran announcing its February return on the network, the series has been pushed to a TBD spring date.
Real househusband, Simon van Kempen, who is working on his web spinoff show which will run concurrently with the New York series, offered up some explanation on Twitter.
"'Real Housewives of New York' delay is good," he tweets, "as we were still filming up until last week and a Feb. 15 premiere was a very quick turnaround. Gives us a chance to breathe."
That also makes us wonder if the previously announced "The Real Housewives of Orange County" Season 6 premiere on March 6 will be affected by the "RHONY's" postponement.
