Blake Griffin, Ron Artest Among Players Ejected For Lakers-Clippers 'Fight' - Video

Blake Griffin may have already ushered in a new era for the Clippers, but today's win over the Lakers might also signal a renewal of a rivalry long dominated by the team in purple and gold. At the very least, it's now a rivalry contentious enough to have multiple players ejected after a shoving match that doesn't quite pass the "Fight! Fight!" smell test.

Griffin, Lamar Odom, Baron Davis, and Ron Artest — who appears to be playing peacemaker to my eye — were all ejected for their participation in that "fight," which came in the closing minutes of the Clippers' 99-92 win at the Staples Center.

It's certainly not quite a melee. What exactly provoked the incident? Odom reportedly grabbed Griffin's jersey while trying to snag a rebound.

We have another video after the jump.

I still can't see where there was enough contact to require a "fight," but, hey, a jersey pull might be enough to get the intense Griffin fighting mad. I wasn't stupid enough to want to rebound against him before, and I'm definitely not going to after this.
