Christina's Critics Find That Singing the National Anthem Isn't That Easy - Video

Christina Aguilera's already-notorious Star Mangled Banner is days behind us, but it's still the talk of a very cold town. We hit a chilly Times Square to see what people were saying about Christina and her flub in front of a record Super Bowl audience of 111 million.

Most we talked to believe that the singer's talent outweighs her botching the lyrics to the Star Spangled Banner. But when it came time to see if critics and fans could do much better, we quickly saw that right lyrics or not, Christina has a leg up on the competition.

Are people harsh in their critique of Christina and can they put their money where their mouth is? Watch:

Christina Aguilera's supporters (and there were many) don't have to wait long for a comeback. She will try to shake off her disastrous Super Bowl performance with a tribute to Aretha Franklin at Sunday night's Grammy Awards. Sources close to the singer tell PopEater she's still shaken up by her "Star-Mangled Banner" moment and prays this performance will offer her a chance at redemption with fans.

"This is a huge night for Christina so she's leaving nothing to chance," an insider told us. "All the lyrics to her number will be in a TelePrompter at the event so it will be almost impossible for her to mess up again."
