Demi Lovato has completed her stint in a treatment facility and is already back in L.A. ... TMZ has learned.
Sources close to Demi tell us ... the actress wants to focus on getting back into her "regular routine" and spend time with her family and close friends.
We're told Demi will continue to seek treatment for her issues while in L.A.
As TMZ first reported, Demi went to the treatment center after punching a backup dancer on a tour with the Jonas Brothers -- and claims she sought help for "emotional and physical issues."
UPDATE: Demi was spotted out this afternoon in Santa Monica.

Chelsea Handler Leaves 50 Cent 'Heartbroken'
Chelsea Handler's break up with 50 Cent has left the rapper/actor with a broken heart.
The pair made headlines in October last year when they were rumored to be dating after they were photographed together at a club in New Orleans.
UsMagazine.com is reporting that a source said Handler, 35, dumped 50 Cent just before the holidays, leaving the 35-year-old rapper "heartbroken."
The source said 50 Cent was determined to win her back and, "spent Christmas sending her gifts, but she sent them back. She put a note on one that said, 'I can buy my own gifts.'"
Handler has denied that there was anything going on with the couple even after she tweeted an intimate photo of them cuddling in bed, with Handler planting a big fat kiss on 50 Cent.
Along side the photo she said, "I don't know why anyone thinks I would ever date a rapper."
But when she was asked about their romance in early January, Handler told UsMagazine.com, "People still think we're dating? No! Really?" she continues, "He's sweet, though. I love him, but we're not dating."
Handler goes on, "I don't know if I can handle him, to be honest. I like to have fun and I'm really trying to not get into anything too serious."
Yesterday we reported that Handler was seen with her rumored new beau, hotelier Andre Balazs, who has a history of dating high-profile women, from Uma Thurman to Courtney Love.

Keith Olbermann Abruptly Leaves MSNBC
Keith Olbermann and MSNBC are going their separate ways ... effective immediately ... the liberal cable host announced tonight in a shocking move.
MSNBC issued a statement saying they had ended its contract with Olbermann, who hosted the top rated show on the network.
The statement read in part, "MSNBC thanks Keith for his integral role in MSNBC's success and we wish him well in his future endeavors." A spokesman went on to say that Comcast's acquisition of NBC Universal had nothing to do with the decision.
Olbermann was suspended for two days in November for violating a network rule on political donations.
Lawrence O'Donnell, who hosts a show on the network at 10:00 PM, will fill Olbermann's 8:00 PM slot beginning Monday.
