Phil Jackson is the kind of guy that likes to fire shots at different people just because he can. He wasn't afraid to drop his two cents in earlier this season when the Heat were struggling, earning a rebuke from Stan Van Gundy. Dwyane Wade noticed all that too, and since Jackson has said this is supposedly his last season with the Lakers, Wade decided to fire back in an interview with ESPN's Rachel Nichols (click the video).
"I think he wants to coach the Heat when he's done with the Lakers. It's all an angle to get over here. He wants to coach us."
I don't recall Jackson ever bashing the Lakers in the late 1990s, so Wade's theory obviously doesn't hold water. But here's the more pertinent question: was Wade kidding?
Watch the video again. Sure, Wade is smiling, but it's not like he's laughing out loud. At the end, he breaks out a bit, but normally, when someone jokes about something, they follow up with a serious answer so that nobody thinks they're misinterpreted. That didn't happen here, which means Wade may actually think Phil is coming next season. Which only means one thing - there's some foul play and collusion going on here!

'Glee' Creator Ryan Murphy Says 'F**k You' to Kings of Leon, Discusses Show's Future
When 'Glee' returns Feb. 6 to Fox, it does so following television's biggest lead-in, the Super Bowl. The Hollywood Reporter spoke with 'Glee' creator Ryan Murphy, who says the upcoming episode's tagline-- "A big night of passes, fumbles and personal fouls-- is appreciated by both "adults and children: subversive but where the double entendres go over the heads of 8-year-olds."
Murphy gets almost all credit for the show's music choices. He says his only formula for considering the three to five songs that might appear in an episode is that they have to "offer something for everybody." The show pays a fee to the artist's label for the use of their song, although some, such as Eminem's 'Lose Yourself,' are too "jaw-droppingly expensive" to use.
Kings of Leon turned down an offer from 'Glee', and refused to license their music to the hit musical show. "F*** you, Kings of Leon," Murphy said heatedly. "They're self-centered a** holes, and they missed the big picture. They missed that a 7-year-old kid can see someone close to their age singing a Kings of Leon song, which will maybe make them want to join a glee club or pick up a musical instrument. It's like, OK, hate on arts education. You can make fun of 'Glee' all you want, but at its heart, what we really do is turn kids on to music."
The band's frontman Caleb Followill told THR, "This whole 'Glee' thing is a shock to us. It's gotten out of hand. At the time of the request, we hadn't even seen the show... This was never meant as a slap in the face to 'Glee' or to music education or to fans of the show. We're not sure where the anger is coming from."
Murphy admitted the show hasn't been without controversy, and addressed the racy GQ magazine spread that raised a lot of eyebrows. "I must be so liberal and out of touch because when I first saw that cover, I said to Gwyneth Paltrow, who was with me on set, 'Oh, Lea looks so pretty.' She said something like, 'Get ready.' It didn't cross my mind there would be this big controversy.... but I never judge the actors because I know they all felt bad about it," he said. "And I think all parties involved learned a lesson about how parents look to the show as something inspirational and aspirational. We all realized that we have to be a little more careful when it comes to sexuality."
With Murphy's contract up at the end of season 5 and the McKinley High School students due to graduate at some point, there is an end in sight to 'Glee' as we now know it. But Murphy is working to ensure 'Glee's' longevity by constantly introducing new characters and plot twists.
"Chord Overstreet was new and really caught on this season," Murphy said. "And Darren Criss has become one of our biggest recording stars ever. Next year, we'll add two to four new people and every year as the show continues. I won't be doing it forever--or past my agreement. Then it will become somebody else's dilemma."

General Motors Ads Run Without Their Consent on MTV Show 'Skins,' Company Says
It looks like MTV goofed when they aired two ads for the new Chevy Volt on the premiere of their controversial new teen reality drama, “Skins,” on Monday night.
“We received a lot of emails,” GM manager of communications Ryndee Carney tells FOX411 exclusively. “So then we began to investigate because we, of course, never intended to advertise on the show in the first place. We talked to MTV and they rectified the situation.”
The Parents Television Council, who launched a boycott of GM along with other brands who advertised on the controversial show on Thursday, applauded the move.
“PTC also thanks General Motors for swiftly responding to PTC members’ concerns about Chevy Volt advertisements," PTC president Tim Winter said in a statement released to FOX411. “GM told PTC that ‘Skins’ was on its ‘do not buy’ list on MTV, and that MTV admitted placing the Chevy commercial on ‘Skins’ in error. GM also stated that MTV had apologized for its error.”
In addition to the call for a boycott against “Skins” sponsors, the PTC asked lawmakers and law enforcement officials to open an investigation regarding possible child pornography on the cable network’s newest series.
The show features several teenage actors engaging in “foul language, illegal drug use, illegal activity as well as thoroughly pervasive sexual content,” PTC President Tim Winter said in a letter sent to the chairmen of the U.S. Senate and House Judiciary Committees and the Department of Justice.
The flurry of controversy follows a series of panicked meetings that the New York Times reported took place at MTV headquarters Tuesday, where executives even went so far as to discuss criminal charges.
In a statement released Thursday, MTV defended the show that they claim addresses “real-world issues confronting teens in a frank way.”
"We are confident that the episodes of 'Skins' will not only comply with all applicable legal requirements, but also with our responsibilities to our viewers,” they said.
Taco Bell announced Thursday they had pulled their ads from the show.

Josh Brolin Says Director Paul Haggis 'Probably Broke' Due to Generosity
Paul Haggis may have received Academy Awards for his work on the hit films “Crash” and “Million Dollar Baby.” But according to his close pal Josh Brolin, Haggis’ bank balance is most likely on the low side.
“Professionally, people get some accolades and start to make some money and get lazy with it, start resting on their financial laurels, but Paul doesn’t seem to do that. He is probably broke right now,” Brolin told FOX411’s Pop Tarts at Bvlgari’s Benefit for Save the Children’s U.S. Programs and Artists for Peace and Justice last week, where Haggis was being honored for his charity work alongside “Idol” franchise founder Simon Fuller. “He (Haggis) has given and given and given right from the start. He was extremely altruistic right from the start before any of this (success) happened to him. But what he has done with his time and money is exhausting. He and Sean (Penn) both are on par for being two of the most inexhaustible humanitarians I know.”
Brolin isn’t too shabby himself when it comes to dedicating time and effort to those in need either, having served on the Board of Directors of Artists for Peace and Justice (APJ) since it was founded by Haggis in 2009 as a means to address issues of poverty and disenfranchisement in communities around the world.
But being part of the Hollywood community since birth (his dad is James), Brolin is well aware that helping others is often just an attempt to appear less egocentric.
“You create a cause like ‘Artists for Peace and Justice,’ get some actors together to try to get some attention but we needed a big organization like ‘Save the Children’ (to work with) because we really needed people that know what they are doing in order to accomplish what we wanted to,” he explained. “They have helped us tremendously; they are much bigger than we are. We’re just a small, unknowing narcissistic group that is trying not to be so narcissistic.”
Haggis’ personal passion right now is enhancing education for children in the direst areas of Haiti. He tells Pop Tarts he is livid at how little progress has been made in restoring the impoverished nation.
“It is horrible, it is terrible, but we can’t focus on that. We have to focus on what we have in our hands, one kid at a time,” Haggis said. “We started (the organization) a few years ago before the quake; we were sponsoring schools and the pediatrics facility in the slums of Haiti.
After the quake, we became a lot more effective and were able to raise a lot more money, and we were able to start the very first free middle and high school to ever serve the children. Every year we add another grade and we’ll have 3,000 kids there pretty soon.”
When he’s not helping the citizens of Haiti, Haggis is currently busy working on another Hollywood script.
“I’m really happy with it, it is sort like ‘Crash’ but about relationships,” Haggis revealed. “Hopefully I will be in production with that next year.”
Speaking of upcoming projects, Brolin is also eager to start filming his role as Young Agent K in the highly-anticipated “Men in Black 3,” but still has his doubts on how it will all go down.
“I am dying (of excitement), hopefully it will be good,’ he said. “You never know before, so I’m nervous.”

Kunis Says Losing 20 Pounds For 'Swan' was Fun
Mila Kunis dropped 20 pounds for her role as a prima ballerina in Black Swan — and she sorta liked it!
"Transforming your body, in a sadistic way, was kind of fun. In a weird way, I enjoyed the result," the newly single starlet told me Friday night at the Critics' Choice Movie Awards. "It's amazing what your body can accomplish."
Costar Natalie Portman, who showed her baby bump on the carpet, talked about her dramatic weight loss and gain as well:
After winning the Best Actress award, Nat joked that her fluctuating figure was all director Darren Aronofsky's fault.
"I keep telling Darren, you made me very skinny, and now you're indirectly responsible for making me fat because you introduced me to my love [Black Swan choreographer], Benjamin Millepied, and I am incredibly grateful for that most special of gifts."
Nat and Mila skipped the afterparty, but some stars, including Kyle Richards and E!'s Joan Rivers, were on hand to sip Grey Goose cocktails and enjoy Crumbs cupcakes.
None of which was helping anyone lose 20 pounds.

'Ryan Reynolds Is Not My Lovah' Says Sandra Bullock
Relax ladies: Sandra Bullock and Ryan Reynolds are just friends.
The pair have been spotted out together a number of times since Reynolds announced his divorce from Scarlett Johansson, but the Oscar-winning actress told 'Today' host Al Roker that her close relationship with the actor is a platonic one.
Although Bullock recognizes the hunk appeal of her recent arm-candy, she says, "I think there will be a collective sigh amongst women across the United States when I say he's not my lovah."
Reynolds and Bullock, who starred together in 2009's 'The Proposal,' have been lending each other support during their tough times. "He's just an amazing friend for 10 years," says Bullock. "But I don't get his loving after dark."
While Reynolds was noticeably absent from the Globes on Sunday, his ex Johansson did attend and in a dress that was strikingly similar to Bullock's. By all accounts the two did not cross paths and their seating arrangements placed them far apart from each other.
The main source of love in Bullock's life these days? Adorable 1-year-old son Louis, whose adoption she announced following her split with husband Jesse James.
While Bullock has had a number of high-profile romances in the past, don't expect her to be lax on the dating front when it comes to her little "Cajun cookie." The actress says that Louis is "off the market 'til he is 18."

2011 BCS Championship Game To Feature Less Brent Musburger, Says Brent Musburger
ESPN's top-shelf announcing crew is on the mic for tonight's BCS National Championship Game in bucolic Glendale, Arizona: Brent Musburger and Kirk Herbstreit will steer the broadcast, with Erin Andrews and Tom Rinaldi providing backup vocals. The lead dog, however, will be slowing his roll on this august occasion: Musburger says he plans to scale back on the chatter this evening and let the game speak for itself.
"I'll be quieter than usual, won't try to over talk. I know they'll be some people who, believe it or not, won't know where Auburn is, so we'll mention it. But I think the bigger the game, the less you need an announcer. I'll just let people enjoy it."
That's a kind boon to an audience that, though jacked, is probably at the end of its patience after a title game eve full of Bob Davie's bons mots, although one could argue the duo are feeling slightly dejected at the prospect of not having Ohio State in this game, and thus being denied the opportunity to bellow, "THAAAA BUCKEEEEYES!" at every turn.
Don't tease him too much about his particulars, though: Turns out ol' Musby knows all about your reindeer games, gentle viewers.
[The] so-called Musburger drinking games that pop up on the Internet — instructing viewers how much to imbibe at Musburgerisms such as "pardner" and "folks" — might be affected. "I still kind of chuckle about those. But I won't be playing to the Musburger drinking games."
Consider your livers: Brent Musburger could've made all of us drink ourselves to death with a few well-placed phrases for who knows how long now, and has stayed his hand. Is he not merciful?
