US cooking competition. The teams are challenged to create a perfect ravioli dish, with the successful side winning a helicopter tour of the Pacific coast followed by a day of golfing. The losers are left with preparation work - including milking cows! Things do not go well at evening service, and Chef Ramsay throws more than one person out of the kitchen.
