American hard rock and heavy metal band Stryper's album "The Covering" is released on February 15, 2011 via Big3 Records. The album is a collection of twelve cover songs from bands that inspired Stryper and helped to shape the band's sound and musical identity, including past hits from Judas Priest, Iron Maiden, Led Zeppelin, Kansas and many others. The album will also include "God", a new original recording.
